Job description

Progressive Specialty Glass Co., Inc, a leading supplier of customized take-home souvenir glassware, is searching for a hardworking and dedicated Accounting Analyst with a pleasant personality and good communication skills for their company headquarters in Southington, CT.

Main Responsibilities include -

• Invoicing
• Freight Claims
• Customer Rebates
• Communication with Sales Team on Invoicing and Collections
• Miscellaneous Cash
• Assisting with other tasks in the Accounting department

Required Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - specifically strong skills in Excel
• Check processing - how to deposit to the bank and enter in the accounting system
• Accounting software - particularly SAGE is a plus
• Time management - ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively

• Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills for dealing with customers and our sales team.
• Organizational Skills - Keeping track of cash application
